We’re driven by our passion for good food and people and are here for your service.  We simply want to provide you with delicious food, a fun and uplifting atmosphere, and serve you with joy.  We take great pride in our menu consisting of freshly prepared items (yes, we crack our own eggs & shred the potatoes daily) and collaborations with other local artisans, purveyors & craftspeople for a truly unique experience.

Our Story

Established in 2012 by Dr. Tanya & Craig Richardson, who had the desire to add an eclectic world-class restaurant to the vibrant Chicago brunch scene.  The idea was simple: offer the freshest food possible with flavors that people would come from all over the world to experience, and want to come back for more.  Always a supporter of community and local businesses, we have taken the idea to the next level with cultivated partnerships.  We’ve collaborated with several local artisans, craftspeople, and purveyors to provide a uniquely Chicago experience.

Dr. Tanya Richardson (The Doc)

Founder & Owner

Born and raised In Chicago, Dr. Richardson believes in giving people the best experience possible. She is the creative force behind the bright floral decor, hand-crafted tables, and artwork selections.

Craig Richardson ( The Que)

Managing Owner

Known as “The Que” to outsiders, to us, he is “Mr. Happy”.  Always wearing something purple, you can sometimes catch him dining, conversing with guests, or ensuring things run smoothly. His motto is that we are in the “happy people business,” and he aims to provide his guests with world-class customer service!

Ken L. Polk (The Chef)

A Chicago native son and consummate foodie with Southern roots, Northern flair, and global experiences. He brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to the B&B kitchen. His passion is food and serving people the best, most flavorful food possible.
